This project was developed for Cargo Drone Challenge, with the guidance of my professor Marcelo Oliveira.

It was a great learning during all the process. The challenge had a really short deadline but I went really deep to understand the mechanical and engineering aspects that involves aircraft design. It was really challenging to combine all mechanical parts into a package to attend the requirements and come up with my design vision, making it really simple and easy to use.

The idea of the contest was to design a cargo drone aircraft for emergencies situations. For example, if a doctor need medicines urgently, people could send this cargo drone to deliver instantly. So the aircraft must have rotors for vertical flights and fixed wings to fly in horizontal directions with higher speeds. 




All parts were designed to have less than 2 meters and to be as easy as possible for mounting and dismounting.
